So we're now dormant on the last day of the season, and our U-21s are back up to scoring 5½ goals per game in the league! :)
It'll give us more prep time for the cup final so!!:D
Poor baxtards. And I just started work with Robbie Hedderman last week & all & he did mention financial difficulties (but not just for DC). Was costing them 5k p/w just in wages last year so it was a bit of an impossibility with c 150 at a match! Could get a few lads though.

Rather fitting that the last game of the season will be the last ever game at Belfield Park, with STIGG playing One F in Longford off the park:D

Resign Micko. I reckon he could still retain his hardcore title.
Imagine that for a story...the new breed of tough guys thought the title was their's for the taking but they forgot about the blondest dog in the yard!
A few bone crunching tackles should bring him into contention. It'd be the biggest title winning comeback since Muhammad Ali!
Rather fitting that the last game of the season will be the last ever game at Belfield ParkMaybe we could organise a friendly against the actual Dublin City team. Couldn't be any worse than our 24-0 drubbing against their fans.

I would like to see us sign that Freeman lad as cover up front.
I would like to see us sign that Freeman lad as cover up front. If thats the guys I think you're talking about I'd sign him as more than cover. He was class the few times I saw him & where are our goals coming from? I like The Fish & Paul Byrne but they're not what I'd call prolific. Patch scores a few but is often on the wing (as it looks like Kavanagh will be) so I'd sign him & play him if I was in charge.

Well I think that Paul Byrne is a better player than him and would have more goals if he hadn't been out injured. I think Sammon is a key player for us as he links up play and helps us keeps possession of the ball.
