Beavis will watch out for ya coz love the Charlatans too. This year tho Primal Scream are one of my main must sees coz its bout 12 years since I last saw them in the SFX in Dublin and b4 that it was Feile 91! Still wear my Primal Scream t-shirt from 91 and will be wearin it at oxegen too!

Oxegen is for jessies I'm going to Sziget in Budapest 1 week of music+ camping €120 including: Radiohead, Gomez, Prodigy, Iggy pop & the stooges, Therapy, Placebo & ex sex pistol Glen Matlock, not to mention a whole host of music from around the world. And most importantly the most expensive pint will cost you a stagering €1.20(average price is between 90c-€1) Oh yeah and did I mention an avearge of 26 degrees.:cool:

Love Primal Scream too and was considering buying a ticket whn i heard they were playing, but I heard on the grapevine that they will be back before the end of the year. Missed the 1st witnness in 2000 but been to every witnness/oxegen since and I'm just fed up listening to ejits, paying outrageous prices for just about everything and getting pushed about by arrogant security

I have been to them all and bar the overpriced beer I have always had wonderful experiences with no hassle from security, managed to avoid all the idiots and just had a ball....hope it continues that way this year!

was looking at that sziget fest too neish after u mentioned it last year. said it too a few mates who were initially excited and gona go but now have bailed on me. Plus with city in europe a few others aint gona travel to this one too. I still like the sound of it though. If i can get a good deal on a flight I might head over to it still like.

Its nicer watching bands in the sun than being p!ssed on. The pathways were a mess after only a little drizzle on Saturday morning last year. Has it ever rained badly there? I can imagine it would be a total mud bath

Witnness used to be on in August but they moved it back to July coz the weather is meant to be better but 2 years ago I remember it being really really wet and getting soaked all weekend. Couldnt warm up in tent and thats what prompted me to start bringing my Dads van.

4th in a row here we go! Wasn't going until they tempted me by releasing more tickets. Going for Placebo, Death Cab for Cutie, Mylo and Sigur Ros. For foot.ie users ill be the specky git wearing a derry top of some sort.

I was talking to a Derry Jersey wearing geezer think he had glasses so could have been you! Was talking to some drogs fans and met wee Conor H at the portaloos on campsite on first day!

Was a great weekend apart from the appalling rain....I ended up using my picnic blanket as a cape and was a perfect conductor for lightening if there had been any coz I had the tinfoil side out! People kept calling me an alien or wanting to put me in the oven to roast!

Sunday was wonderful up until I shattered my ankle during Paul Weller. It was fitting for me to finish my last festival by going to hospital coz I finished my first festival (Feile 91) by going to hospital too! Come full circle and my reign as queen of the campsite is now over.....*hands the responsibilities of festivalling to a new generation*
