Just a couple of questions. Lets say if we do go up, and intend to stay at Hogan Park, and we get the lease signed finally, do we have planning permission to do any works at the ground? To go up we would have to at least put in X amount of seats. We're also supposed to have a seated stand. Would we have to apply for planning permission for this?

Secondly, what's going on at the swimming pool/county side of the ground? I've been told that the council are moving the halting site acrosss from the hotel to behind Hogan Park. This is for two reasons. The hotel demanded it be moved for obvious reasons. Plus apparantly there is a council housing estate being built in the wasteland surrounding Hogan Park which necessitated the halting site being moved. But if this is true, what about the future of Hogan Park, if there is a dirty kip of a halting site being housed right behind the far side of the ground? How can the far side be opened up in the future, a favourible choice to alot of fans on here, if there's a halting site in the way? It can't be a good thing at all for the future development of the ground if it is going to be our long term home. Not to mention the eyesore...... Anyone know more about this?
