Ciaran Foley is out for Saturdays game vs Finn Harps as per the latest list of EL suspensions.

Incidentally, Bohemians were fined the same amount as we were for recent indiscretions.

GUFC : Stewards saying "I dont think you were right there, Padraig" and "You can't score directly from a throw-in, ref"
Bohs : An estimated 25 glass bottles thrown onto the playing area by supporters

not that it makes much difference but there was only 1 glass bottle. Not 25

and there was a barrage of Bottles whether they were glass or not. Bohs used to be my favourite Dublin team but that was before the junior scum attached themselves to ye. We have one or two burberry fools ourselves but they are living on borrowed time and will be barred if they step out of line one more time.

Like I said, it makes no difference, a missile is a missile.

However there wasnt 25 glass bottles.

25 may well be an exaggeration, I read it on another website.
However, as gufct said, from watching TV3 a selection of missiles was flung on to the pitch.

The issue here is not the number of missiles, or what club supporters threw them, but the FAI's fining "strategy", which is completely arbitary.

The Finn Harps game cost us a total of E1,500. E1,000 fine and E500 for unsuccessful appeal.

25 :rolleyes:

counted 7 on TV.

btw just because our club doesn't come onto the web to appease Galway, Shels, Cork supporters etc doesn't mean they haven't been working on video evidence and Sportsfile pics to ban a sizable no. of people.

Funny how these things happen away from Dalymount, where people who are barred get in.

7-Well that's ok then!:rolleyes:
1=too many!

All we are saying is the fine we received was the exact same yee got.......totally unjustified.....and incredibly bewildering that it's the same as yee for an incident that could have caused serious harm.
FAI......................:rolleyes:
