Admin, RT and sligoman

I cant believe I got a warning for my post and had it closed - its a simple question and I didnt drag the post into the gutter yet I get blamed for it - all i want to know is about the history behind our name.

Then sligoman and RT start saying I am out of order and that the thread should be closed and that I could even be banned. Nothing would have been said if you two hadnt of started

We I'll tell ya what RT and sligoman ye have made an enemy in me.

As for admin - talk about recationary - why am I gettin a warning and why cant i ask the question - if you didnt like some of the replies on the last thread why dont you warn them not to do it instead of attacking me for a perfect good post!!!

Padraic, I would await your apology, the reinstatement of the thread and the withdrawal of the warning

There was no need to start the new thread i mean it was obvious after the first thread that you werent going to get a satisfactory answer to your question which is unfortunate but thats just the way it goes. i dont think Paraic should apologise to you really it was more for the language you used that you got your warning!

I the thread before mine someone used a "bad word" (are we 5??) did they get a warning??

Also I just reread the original post and dont think the thread was getting out of hand at all in fact it was pretty tame.

I think that Paraic is going way over board on this one and even accused me of "trolling" - I would refute that also (if I knew what it meant!)

I know I am making a big issue out of this but I am seriously wound up over it, firstly I dont think the first thread should have been ended, secondly, its a valid thread and should be allowed to be discussed, thirdly, I blame sligoman and RT for getting the thread banned and bringing attention (negative attention) to the thread and finally I think admin are way overboard giving me a warning over it and cancelling the second thread.

This isnt a me versus the whole board issue I just think the should be allowed say what we want within limits and if someone steps way outside the lines then punish them not those trying to dicuss issues (i feel like one of the birmingham 6)
