There's only one Tony Cousins
He scored the goals by the dozens
He's walked out on the Drogs
And got a new job
Trying to win the league division 1

Details Here (http://www.walkthechalk.com/eircom/)

No big deal , a step down IMO ( going from full-time to part-time) wont be greatly missed at Drogs. As a striking coach his record here is pretty poor. As for a replacement - Liam Buckley has been menioned.

He's full time here at Galway.
Liam Buckely was apparently one of the candidates aswell but Cousins was seen as a better choice. So in truth we get the better end of the stick!:)

 do you know something we don't??

i'd be surprised. Maybe one or two players may leave in the window to be replaced by one or two others. most of the back-ground staff have been with doolin longer than cousins. cousins only came on board at the start of last season, when tony dunne stepped down for family reasons (newborn kid i think).

not really sure what impact cousins had on us , as last year there was a few threads criticising him because his appointment seemed to coincide with poorer performances from strikers than before his arrival, which seemed at odds at what would be his speciality. but, without any inside knowledge its hard to know whose fault that was.

Surely we might pluck one or two of your second string. I imagine Cousins is planning as much. Even on loan, which might help both parties etc. Is Leech definitely going to Rovers?

Doubt very much if ye could afford to pay their wages :D

Yeah - and replacing them with better people!

Cousins is no loss.

Fingers crossed doolin can get the right man to be his number 2.

As for exodus, a couple of fringe players could be on the way - Bernard was the first one last week, only played a handful of games for us.

A couple of players coming in in the transfer window and word is a couple of trailists we have now are the real deal so alls looking good for us :)

If Zayed decided to go full time we'd be flying!
