Does anyone know how i can go about waaatching matches at work on broadband? I know the beeb are doing it but thats for uk users only?
looking forward to a v. productive month...:D

Dunno but what kind of bandwidth do you need to get a decent picture?
I have 1 meg but I think you would been a bit more than that?

I only recently found out I have an unlimited cap rather than the 3 gig
cap I had before, which would have allowed me to see about 10 minutes
(a month!!!).
Mind you, if I was to watch on broadband at peak times I am sure my ISP
would boot me off!!
I reckon you would need 8 meg to get a TV quality picture?

I have 10 meg now but thats only a recent development. 1 meg is fine for watching sporting streams.

Google for PPlive and then google for live soccer streams and you'll get the world cup (with a 5 minute lag) in Chinese...

working in the Uk and can receive the Beeb's coverage online, but wouldnt mind catching the live service of Australia v Japan that BBC isnt covering. ITV dont have online coverage, but where else does? (working on Mac so the link for pplive didnt work for me)....

Can you watch any of the world cup matches on the internet ? Are they being streamed anywhere ? If you know of anywhere let us know

Very quiet day at work but i've no telly.
