Looking to make a site for fans travelling to away games. Basic information like directions to the ground from the main points of entry to the town/city. Whats available inside the ground, bar, food, merchandise etc...A few B&B phone numbers, recommended pubs, local Garda number, local taxi numbers, and anything else that think a fan might need to know.

Either reply here or mail me at athlonetown@foot.ie

Thanks,
Ray

Forget pre and post match venues ... surely Harloes/Tudor at half time should get a mention :D

Guilty as charged ;)

Ah no, I used to stand there as a "neutral", with friends who
are Rovers fans, whenever I couldnt get home for Town games.
Since then my safety is usually assured anytime
De Athlone visit The Showgrounds

Mind you, the abuse thrown from the auld fellas section the other
side of the tunnel is far worse then the Sheds jeers!

Cheers for that Gustavo,

If any one would like to complete the Cobh, Kildare, Kilkenny, Limerick or Waterford sections, I'd appreciate it. The section is proving fairly popular, and is the busiest section on the site after the homepage.
