Have to go with Mexico and Portugal here. Iran are no good I'm afraid and i know little about the Angolans. Afriacan sides are always hard to beat though so they will get every respect from the other two.

Mexico & Portugal for me, but Iran's warm up games have seen some decent results. Potential for a surprise here, especially given Portugal's tendency to implode.

Mexico and Portugal will be much too strong for the others in this group with the Mexicans topping the group.

It's close between Mexico and Portugal for top spot. Pauleta or Borgetti could be a good outside bet for top scorer.

couple of points

niether Pauletta or Borghetti will trouble the top scorer charts

2/ Iran are my favs to win this group- 16/1

Portugal have difficulty scoring in major championships. Pauletta was brutal in the euros. Mexico qualified via an easy confederation - borghetti is a bit part player in england(?) hardly top class. These two teams are way over rated and Mexico do NOT travel well to europe.

Iran have lashed in goals v euro opposition in friendlies and have a large Iranian population in Germany. They were better than us in the play offs for the last world cup - the odds on them to beat angola will plummet if they put up a show v some ppls favs Mexico.

Ive a tenner on them to win the group and im taking that big price on them to beat the angolans as well

Imo, angola were really impressive last night. After the first few minutes it looked like Portugal would tear them apart but they gradually got into the game and created a few chances and they're noy afraid to have a go from distance.

Portugal did play well but Simao was really poor, imo.
