Any truth in the rumour Andy willl be released by ye soon?
I know in pre season he was looking to get out.

well it wouldn't get me down if he did go, he is unfit and not good enough

Very heavy rumours that he's coming to us in the window. Myler's a Hoop and wants to come "home" according to sources.*
I'm sure he'd do a job in the 1st.

According to other sources* he'd like to re-join Athlone

* he told me himself at the pre season game against Longford ;)

Safe to say he wants to leave Longford so......if all these "sources" are to be believed. ;)

Definately.
According to more sources ;) he asked Longford during pre season to be
released from his contract before the start of the season to allow him sign
for someone else, but they refused. They wanted to get some cash for him
or else keep him in the squad till June.

He talked to pats in the off season too. Asked for stupid money and was told where to go. We signed Keegan instead

We were looking for an experienced striker as well, but Myler was deemed to lazy from his previous spell with us...

Nice to see he's wanted at least!

He won't be coming to Rovers in that case, Scully would consider Ronaldinho too lazy.

He has done alright of late. Worked really hard against Bohs. Thought he was beginning to knuckle down. Just hasn't been able to take his chances. He's surely have bagged four or five if he had.

Would be a great signing for ye - and if you go up I've no doubt he'd still do a job for ye in the premier
