too young to play

just talked to 12 year old girl to play soccer at under 14 cause she is too old for under 12 and was told that she now play's with the senior g.a.a team and had enough with u.14 u.16.u.18 and now senior gaelic to play soccer when will parents learn that girls at 12 are too young to play at u16 never mind senior.anyone else think the same these clubs should be fined
