Obviously the eL place not changed in last 6 months but a few interesting observations.
Romania increased from 25th to 10th from 2005-2006. Highest number of coefficients of all countries based on points earned in the Uefa Cup. Have now passed out Scotland where Rangers earned almost all their ranking points.
