I don't expect them to be still together but there were all cool 80's bands who were on the verge of big things but...er, didn't.

Lead singer of Light a Big Fire Thomas McLaughlin is now a playwright. Don't know about the rest of the band, but that's a start for your quest at least. He's an occasional panellist on John Kelly's " The View" TV show on RTE 1 .
