Kilkenny are without ineligible Christy
Doran and Conor McMahon as they are on
loan from Dundalk.

Fresh from their morale-boosting first
league win of the season last week,
Dundalk travel to Buckley Park hoping
to end Cats' eight month unbeaten home
record.

Aidan Lynch remains out as he awaits
the results of a scan on a calf injury,
but fellow defender Sean Finn comes
back into the Dundalk squad.

Thats a bummer because the two lads have been playing this season, and had a big impact on the games so far, not to worry, there others should be fine for one game.

Doran, in particular looks a great player - dont know why Dundalk have loaned him out tbh - as we could easilly finish above them this year.

Also, tonight will see Citys all time leading goalscorer return to Buckley - Philly Hughes.

Go on Philly Hughes! Pity he didnt score more often for us last year but he is a decent enough lad so wont give him too much grief.

There was an effort made to revert this "Gentlemans Agreemant" as after all this is football after all, a competitive sport and and it's about the best team wins, but this was not to be the case. Two players that, believe me, were sorely missed at the match.
