Got a call last night telling me that our game away at Rovers Friday week could be cancelled cos of the Setanta Cup Final? :confused:

Anybody able to confirm or deny?

That game is fixed for the saturday 22nd in Tolka aint it:confused: .A great weekend in Dublin Limerick might get a bit of support from the travelling Munster supporters

I hope you're wrong as I'd this crazy idea of coming over for this one!Can't they play the Setanta final at another venue?Do Rovers use another venue?

They could always try a double bill a la GAA.

Rearranged game is rumoured to be on Tuesday May 8. I would stress the word "rumoured" though.

Heard that too but its not possible. We're playing Cobh in tolka on sunday the 7th and Dundalk away on thursday the 11th. Game could have been played that week if Dundalk didnt have stupid thursday football.

Rovers are trying to get Dundalk to move the Thursday game but I doubt it'll happen.

We wouldn't like Rovers goign to Oriel two days after a hiding either. We'd liek you to give them a good game and having lost two night sbefore would only help Dundalk. Bet you didn't think of that Rovers fans! :)

It'll never happen. We've a GIGANTIC local derby against the Kerry League in the league cup on the 9th :p

I am confident in saying that this rumour is an impossibility - May 8th isn't a Tuesday. :rolleyes:
