I'm only back from my holidays sometime on the sunday but really want to go, Pet Shop Boys would be one of my favourite acts and for them to be playing a miles down the road, i couldn't justify not going.

Its kinda unfair on people who live near the place to have to pay for camping that their not gonna avail off. Or some people may only want to go for one day

the only thing i can think of is they want to get every one in and not have to have the hassle of people arriving and leaving every day for the 3 days , concentrate the security in and around the gigs / camp site rather than searching people for bottles of buckfast on the way in .

Anyone else notice that when they took said bottles of Buckie last year, they were put in a seperate bin bag from the trash/anything they deemed to take off of you? And then on saturday and sunday there were quite a few mysterious people selling bottles of Buckie to the crowd at an inflated price? Now I'm not one for conspiracies but................

I know a guy who did security at Oxegen last year, he told me they were keeping full tins and bottles then selling them back, also kicking out people and selling their entry armbands to people outside for up to & including €100 after removing them from the person(s) they threw out
