brilliantly written article and it portrays Sean as an honest and ambitous man who wants only the best for Sligo and knows how to get it.

great article but thinking he can be as big as cork is too far, aim to stay in the division before you talk about winning it:rolleyes:

sure we'll see more next monday night:)

talking about being as big is his long term ambition , which is good to have imo

so which is the long term ambition to make sligo big and then pi$$ off to england and let some other poor fool take the flack when the club goes backwards.....nice plan:p

I must admit MAX POWER - that is one of the most ridiculous statements that have ever been posted on this forum and there have been some real dazzlers!

sorry that came out wrong i think or was taken up wrong. just like players, its a pity a manager can't their managerial career to a high without mentioning going to england to manage a club. nothing against rovers or their manager just the way things happen in our league in general.

connor has said that he's here to make a long term impact on sligo rovers rather than one or two good seasons, unlike any succesful manager in our past. i'm sure he realises he is still young and 4-5 years here will do him the world of good

Yeah and hopefully by then he will realise that going there is a difference between leaving here to go to england and leaving for a decent club in england
