Was that Danger Benno being nominated for the FAI Junior Player of the Year award (i.e. junior football, not junior age) tonight? He's with FC Avondale apparently. David Conroy of Ballymun United - now Dublin City - took the award.

Yes it was he had been player/manager of FC Aylesbury for a number of years. However I believe he moved to another club as a player only early in the current season. For the record FC Aylesbury began their lives as a club in the UCD Superleague...I kid you not.Originally posted by pineapple stu
