From the UCD website (http://www.ucdsoccer.com/news.php?id=2851&PHPSESSID=1f95dc3ea948afecf1ff8968793651f3) - gone on a year-long loan. A Rovers fan on their forum (http://srfc_ultras_forum.aimoo.com/) says a UCD player he knows says Long and Mahon didn't see eye to eye. Make of that what you will...

Is that season long loan a la Adrian Murphy and Aiden Lynch as in remainder of contract and never to be seen again? He was 4th choice centre back after McNally, Kenna and Shorthall if I recall. I was hoping he'd be a promising player to step up if either of those two went.

Also, Adrian Murphy left ages ago - probably to Kildare.
