Very annoying BellX1 single

Not a fan of them generally but their new single is probably the most loathsome annoying record by an Irish (non boy) band since Picturehouse unleashed 'Sunburst'.

I can't nail down everything I hate about it but I'll start with the hamfisted karaoke standard attempt at apeing David Byrnes which actually sounds more like Brian Ferry trying to do a "Tom Jones" on an INXS song.

Also -in my head I can hear exactly what it sounded like before someone suggested trying to hop on the overcrowded new wave bandwagon
- acoustic led plod rock indie by numbers fcukin Mundy with amps.

not sure what the current bellies single is, is it Flame, v v good song live, not my fav off the album, but way better live.
V few weak songs on Flock imo

i agree,the radios overplay Flame way too much,sounds like a Justin Timberlake song,i like the album,they havent beaten 'Eve The Apple Of My Eye, yet though,magic song!!
