The WSCAI (http://www.wscai.com/) is fast becoming a source of great disappointment for many womens college teams around the country. Badly organised tournaments, ill managed communication structure and disregard for the association's own rules are becoming an annual trend.

I know that the general structure of womens leagues around the country seem to be a bit hap-hazard but surely a league that has to look after 4 or 5 small divisions should be able to maintain a higher standard of organisation than that of the larger leagues?

I would like to see if anyone out there has further comments agreeing or not.

It could be because the people that ran it successfully for many years have stood down and not been replaced by people of similar calibre.

If there are practicing problems in the management of the league, then they need to be recognised and addressed. The new people on board would take time to adjust, thats obvious. What do people think is needed to resolve/improve the current situation ??
