Connor has plenty of reason to smile having just signed a new deal with the club. He said: “I have put pen to paper for two years which is fantastic for me that the club has given me the backing for the next two seasons.
“A two-year deal is as good as a manager is going to get in the current climate and it gives me confidence and also gives the players coming in confidence in me.
“I want to secure a mid-table position for the club in the Premier Division and to put the squad and structure in place to push on from there in the following season.”

is this an extension to his first contract?? how long did he have left before signing does anyone know?

i think he had half a season left,cos he singed a two year contract when he first came.

He was on Ocean FM today but i only got the end of it. did anyone hear what he said?

He was on Ocean FM today but i only got the end of it. did anyone hear what he said?Only heard a bit too, he mentioned something about kids not allowed in unless accompanied by an adult this season and he also talked about Packie McGowan and all he did for the club.

I think the morning programmes be repeated at about 1 or 2am tonight so if yer up, tune in;).
