i cant remember the proper name but ill have a stab at it its called DBM Profi-Studio ill let you know for sure as i have a copy of it from home i think i downloaded it from morpheus

Also, anything for cut/slicing MP3s .... remember a freebie ages ago where you could slice off the end of a track OR you could drop/fade out certain parts of the song (graphic equaliser ... bass, treble, etc.) that would be very handy too.
Having a look on www.download.com and cant find it though.

There's a plugin for winAmp that does it, but the name escapes me. Try searching winamp.com

àudacity is good for that you can get it on sourceforge its shareware great for all sorts of editing

Adóbe Audition or it's predecessor (pretty much same programme) Cool Edit Pró are excellent for all your audio editing needs. Can edit multi-track too.
Expensive to buy but either are more hacked than Sharon Tate.
