Isn't it the UCD rejects XI? He'd fit in well! :p
(Seriously though, we'd probably take him back...)

If only he was on Robbie Keane's wages ! I reckon the only thing they have in common is that they both have to put up with d*ckhead supporters all the time having ago at them

2005 FAI Cup Champions will do :)

Good impartial opinion. He does court fans opinion with completely ott reactions to everything...
BTW I'd like him to stay at Pats but to say its never his fault he ends up unpopular with fans is being generous

All fans are entitled to their opinion remember it's them who pays their wages basically.

Common mistake made up by the media. You cant be Cup "Champions".
Cup Winners is the proper title.

So because a fan pays his wages it gives them the right to absolutey slate him and his family ? That goes for all players.......

Not necessarily, but if you are a pr*ck to supporters, then expect them to be pr*cks towards you.

Obviously I was speaking about people criticising him for his performances on the field. Anything else is totally unacceptable
Common mistake
Apologies, our first trophy and all that - we're still learning the ropes :D

So in other words your telling me it's ok for fans to physically threaten him, wait for him after games, throw stuff at his car ? your just as bad as them so Rafa if you condon this sort of stuff. We don't need people like you supporting our club

As far as the Pats thing, I think you're being a bit too sensitive. He might have got slated but it never, ever threatened to escalate. Trust me, even those Pats fans who absolutely hate him wouldn't have him as top of the hitlist

Sorry i use the term "Fans" very loosley there.
i was there on the 3 occasions i mentioned and only for the intervention of stewards (believe it or not) that it would have turned very nasty......

It happens to quite a few other players as well really. Ive been out in town drinking on a sat night with Robbie and a few of his mates, when some random scumbag will come up to one of the lads, all el players, and be really threathened just because they play for a different club. not to sure what the rest of the country is like but most of the players would get it when out for a few drinks on a sat night

i was just wondering - he doesn't come across as the most hated opponent, or most frustrating player for his own supporters.
maybe it happens a lot of players, but we'd only hear about him due to you posting on foot.ie

And what has that got to do with anything ? Of course you would be supporting Bray and football longer than me, much MUCH older than me, ridiclous thing to say
In fairness, you did say it was wrong to do stuff like that against his family but did not condon stuff like that against players.....
