Trevor Molloy has been offered a two-year contract by Shelbourne manager Pat Fenlon. Molloys move to Carlisle is in doubt due to stumbling blocks with John Courtneys takeover at Brunton Park. Molloy is considering the offer and will make up his mind when he returns from England, where he is on duty with the Eircom league representative side.

Trevor Molloy has accepted the offer of a 2 year contract saying that the lure of Champions League football swung it for him. Shelbourne have said they will not stand in his way if Carlisle renew their interest in the striker.
