Who's in charge of it? I know A face puts most of the stuff in but are other people allowed too? I added two entries for Rovers pre-season friendly dates but they still haven't appeared yet.

Events posted by non-(calendar)-mods go to moderation. Face, can you login to the Mod CP (http://foot.ie/modcp/index.php) and check to see if there's a moderation inteface there for Events?
