Jam, not picking on you here but is Molloy something you'd like or have got wind of?

think he could do a good job, no official connection between him and UCD but he is available and apparently UCD are in the market for a striker, im just trying to put 2 and 2 together:D

Gary O'Neil and Andy Myler were also rumoured to be joining UCD, but on closer inspection, that was just something we made up in the Montrose and posted here later. :)

It is true that we are looking for an experienced striker though. Whether or not we get one is another matter.

Here's one for ye lads.....this is what I heard anyway.....

A friend of mine's brother goes to college in UCD, and plays for the LTFC u-21's and trains with the LTFC first team sometimes so he would be interested in all the gossip around UCD.

I was just out at their house and we were talking about the UCD players.....He said that Robbie Martin is definately looking for a move away because he has fallen out with the people at UCD.

Don't know how true it is but I'm just telling ye what I heard.

I think Robbie was on the beer in the Montrose the last night of the league last season, which would knock that on its head. Though Robbie to Longford has been mentioned an awful lot...

I'm very surprised, with this being the UCD forum and all, that the spelling mistake in the thread title hasn't been fixed yet:rolleyes::p.

It's an ihatejam thread - if we were to point out all the mistakes in it...! :p

Robbie Martin and Pete Mahon don't get on hugely well seemingly. He's heard good things about Longford from his brother and would be interested, that was what I heard towards the end of last season anyway.

Hmmm...suppose he did only score three goals (I think) last season plus four penalties, so if we could get someone to replace him, I wouldn't be overly worried.

Should suit us so, a striker who doesn't score too often;) :D
