From todays Cork Independent

At least football agents have to put their money where their mouth is.
These official individuals have to adhere to the rulings and principles
of professional football. At least these "removal men" have to do their
plundering in the public domain and while not all business is up front
and obvious, they are accountable to the people who have issued their
licence.

But the "adviser" has no such perimeters to resitrict his dealings. He
can manipulate young and impressionable men into believing they are
highly desired accross the football world. He can place these ambitious
individuals into situations and clubs that can not only be alien to
their particular abilities and personalities but, positivly detrimental
to the future of their careers. the only motivation for these people are
ego and money

Well said! Rico has been saying that for last 6 months so its not just due to recent events.

As far as i can see an advisor is only an unofficial non-licenced agent.

The FAI need to clean up their acts
