Heard news last night that he got a new contract. 100% re-signed. From a top man, who is very rarely wrong!

Yea I heard that myself. I think we had to sign him as back up cos Jody's still not right and Wes has done his knee in and will be out for a few months. He may even need an operation. I quite like McGovern, I think he came good in the end.

You may want to change the thread title! Big difference between resigned and re-signed! :p

Good decision. Started off a bit dodgy but looked more confident towards the end of the season. Was talkin to him at the bar at player of the year and he came across as a sound bloke, & his performance for Mick Roches special "award" was fcukin hilarious, worth signing him up to see what he does at next years awards alone!

4 pretty decent centre backs signed up for next season now........ Great to see competition for places, wonder would Devo go 3 centre back with 2 wing backs ?

Pip and O'Reilly wouldn't be bad as wing-backs, imo.

We've got more than adequate central players now. Have to look for wide options cos we've got very little in the term of experienced wingers especially.
