Back home the last few months but want to move back up to dublin for 6 months or so. What a f**king pain - ye look at daft, browse, see a couple of places but dont bother ringing any of them

Anyone any tips bar daft

Try ringing them for a start.

Besides keeping looking on there - place an ad on there saying you are looking to rent somewhere for that period of time.

People will then come to you.

It worked for me last year - ended up with me moving into a nice new place for a few months

Try ringing them for a start.Um, yeah, that would seem the logical approach. If you didn't ring them, isn't it your fault, and can I bin this thread?

I'm guessing "daft" is an acronym, or do you really not want any daft tips?

Eh yeah probably :D

Seriously though, theres not much on offer on daft these days that suits me - does anyone know if there any other site or something?
