Good game yesterday for him. There isnt many players still playing in the league who have 3 cup winning medals already, especially not at his age. How many years has he got left with his contract for Drogs. Could see one of the bigger clubs come in for him during the summer

Cant see Drogs willingly leave him go .... Drogs are doing everything ot progress ... Keeping Gartland would be essential in doing that imo so cant see it happening.

Especially not three Cup wins in a row - very few players in the history of the league (Rovers players aside) can say that.

One of the "bigger" clubs - Real, Barca, Juve etc

AFAIK Garto has a year left but apparently Paul Lambert and Criag Brown were watching him yesterday as was Steve Coppell in the semi

I felt it was the second year in arow that Roddy robbed Graham of the Man of the Match award. He was the best player on the pitch by a country mile last year against Waterford., and he put in a more consistant performance than Glenn Whelan on Sunday.

Fully agree, he was outstanding last year and his jibe at Reynolds was a nice touch aswell. He was ours to hold onto and we let him go but that's the way it goes sometimes. He always gives 100% and is surely one of the best defenders in the league.

Pip Keogh has won 3, Bray in 99 and 2 with Longford, if Bray had won it this year would have been 3 in a row like Gartland........

Fair play to him, has been excellent any time ive seen him this season.
