Congratulations Everton! Its a heart warming story of a club who are trying to grasp at any record or title they can at the minute. Another one to go with that anto is that they are the worst scorers in all of Europe's top five leagues, with 5 goals. Astounding record aswell:p

Thanks for putting it simply Dotsy. I was going to spell it out loud and clear to frank, but you saved me the bother! I don't know if it was through ignorance or for arguments sake that the question was asked in the first place?! It's fairly obvious what the top 5 leagues in Europe are, I think.

Less of the bitterness and begrudgery JoeSemi...

As we all know the blues are steeped in history and proud tradition and isn't it wonderful to be able to boast such a fantastic record. The toffees can look down on the rest of the league with a wry smile...

"We don't care what the red sh!te sing,
What the hell do we care,
Cos we always know
there's gonna be a show,
when the Everton boys are there!"

Arguments sake. I wanted something official.

And still they are leading the chase for the "Plastic Welly Award" as the lowest scorers in Europe's top leagues, with a mesmerising 7 goals. :D Leading the chase for this prestigious prize are the entertainers of Treviso(8) and Strasbourg(8), who are joint 2nd at present. This is a race that could go to the wire. You shouldn't miss much, however, if you don't fancy tuning in!
