ok anyone in the area - tomoro Roy Keane along with 3 other (more deserving people IMO ) is to be conferred with an honouring Degree of Doctor of Laws from UCC in the Aula Maxima on Friday, (cant remember the time)

So all hail Doc Roy Keane LLM



unbeleivable...Roy Keane now becomes the most educated man on the northside .. lol

keano has left the buliding.. nw and its only just 1pm

hahaa they fooled us all and the whole thing prob took place at around 12ish.. handy enough crowd turned up to honour keane , inc in the attendence were a number of journo's and a tv3 and rte cameras crew, so check out the news later on today..

not sure was johnson there though,

He arrived at about 12.45 and he looked like a right **** in the robe. Security was tight enough and they wouldn't even let a few young school kids up to get his autograph.
Keane just seemed more embarrassed than anything else.

aaaanyway, suprised to see no-one from manchester turn up for the occassion although there were still a few people from glasgow floating around college, boy they must really like cork to spend that much time there. :)

aaaaaaaaaaaanyways at the end of the day, fair play to Roy.. even if the thing dragged on for aages.. there were still crowds there at 4.30pm

Considering Roy has been given a Law Docterate I wonder what are the odds on getting him on to the Law II Quary Cup team nxt year:)

There was a big crowd outside th staff rest. at c. 2pm with a few camera men but I did't see the man himself.

aaah come on now SOCcfc I'm if he'd play for any team it would have to be the mighty postgrad team considering a Doc is a postgrad degree
