Sligo star hit with lengthy ban

Sligo Rovers forward Ciaran Foley will miss the first three games of next season after passing the 16 penalty points barrier recently.

With Sligo set to be crowned champions of the First Division this weekend, former Limerick FC man Foley looks set to be unavailable for the first three games of the club’s return to the Premier Division next season.
