Jebus ... i dont thnik he'd make a call like that .... i dunno ... i'd filter out half the cráp the media come up with. They have sold enough papers from it already.

Sounds like a wind up. Is Terry trying to butter up the eL fans?

he txted ray darcy back in to say it was Ron Atkinson on the panel instead. Apparently his source was someone who knew a lot about TV and nothing about football. Panel is recorded on a sunday as far as i know so im sure the papers would have had it if el tel was really on

I assume he meant The Panel, the show, not the panel on EL Weekly

Ron Atkinson was on the Panel so he got something right. :)

btw - Kerr was talking to Mark McGhee and someone puts 2 and 2 together, picks Shels best player and Kerr is pimping him...

How much longer do we have to put up with TV3? Have they got it again next year?

Newbie Paddy Mulligan (was that his name) was excellent last night. Osam has had almost full season on the show & still nothing to say.

I suspect that your comment on him having "nothing to say" is because he doesn't think Cork will win the league. God forbid anyone questions the opinions of someone from Cork

"I've gone for Derry all season so i'll stick with that" ... that is some vote of confidence !! .... sheeze, aint ye lucky !! :p

I don't want a vote of confidence! I don't care who thinks we will win because it doesn't feature in how Friday night will turn out.

The Cork inferiority complex leads even CCFC fan to ridicule/hate anyone with an opposing opinion.

I never knocked Noel King because he was anti-Cork City but because he never had anything to say. Many people don't like Roddy Collins because of perceived negativety but at least he has opinions.

We'd be better off without his opinions though

Say what you will about the tenets of National Socialism dude, at least it's an ethos.

10 points for the reference

Ah .... i think not .... The Cork inferiority complex is us thinking we are the same as everyone else !!

But i agree with the sentiment, it doesn't matter what people say or think, it wont carry any weight on Friday.

"leads even CCFC fan to ridicule/hate anyone with an opposing opinion"

You meant every right ?? ...... listen if you can show me where i have said anything that resembles ridicule or hate, then i'll go with it .... but Speranza, i'll tell you now fella, ridicule and hate are strong words and very far from the truth in my own case, and i'd hazard a guess its the same with most other Cork fans, in fairness man ... keep it is check ..... it only a game of ball !!

I didn't mean any offence by my comments but people that have said we will win the league have had some reason concocted by cork fans for hating your club.

Tad hypocritical though as look at derrycitychat for serious inferioty complex.

My main point is that the opinion of those in the media, managers e.t.c doesn't mean they hate the club they reckon will be disappointed on Friday. Both sets of fans have been guilty of this!

"I've gone for Derry all season so i'll stick with that"

Did Osam say that? He said the exact thing the week before, but for Cork if Im not wrong!

One fact he did get wrong, Stephen Kenny did NOT actually win the fai cup with Longford Town, we were beaten by boez!
