No the map is slightly out of proportion block Z is right at the corner flag at and angle to it..

Yes it is but because there's grass down there you don't notice it so much.

Well I have sat there a few times and it has been at the corner flag the layout on ticketmaster makes it look like its far away from the pitch but it isn't

The grass actually covers a greater area, which isn't depicted on the image.
