Bray Wanderers captain Jody Lynch is a certain non-starter for this afternoon’s FAI Carlsberg Cup semi-final meeting with Drogheda United. Kick-off: 3.30pm, live on RTE 2.
Lynch has been out of action with an ankle injury for the past two months, and is a definite absentee for the Seagulls trip to United Park.
Paul Caffrey is ineligible having already represented Shamrock Rovers in the competition this season, while fellow midfielder Colm James is doubtful after having stitches in a foot gash recently.
Defensive trio Brian McGovern, Graham O’Hanlon and Keith Long have all put injury problems behind them and are available for selection.
The winners of Sunday’s tie will advance to meet Cork City in next month’s final at Lansdowne Road.
