every one knows that the fai is full of people that dont know what they are doing and are ruinning the game in ireland , what i want to know is how did they get to this position of power ? did they just invent the FAI ?.and if a rival could be set up by people that actually care about the game and know what they are doing and will invest in the game rather than take the cream .

in other words who says the FAI are in charge and can they be gotten rid of ?

UEFA say the FAI are in charge and I seriously doubt that is ever going to change

The current system is a joke and needs to be modernised very qiuckly as it is run as a amateur assiocation.
