There's talk on the TelcoWatch (http://telcowatch.org/forumdisplay.php?f=5) forum that BT waives fees for accounts that haven't been billed for more than three months, but I'm pretty sure it's confused Britishers completely missing the 'ireland' part of btireland-sucks.com. :)
