View Full Version : Sign him up?
22-year-old Mayfield man David Warren will be released by Wrexham this summer. The midfielder has been with the club for the past three seasons. Is he the kind of player we need to sign? Our relative success in the past few seasons has come with a team containing young Irish players who have returned to these shores after a few years in the lower divisions in England (Derek Coughlan, Ollie Cahill, etc.)
Gunther doesn't seem to have the best record with any players over 21. Considering how Steven O'Flynn & Gunther got on last year would it be cruel to encourage this Warren guy to come back?
;)
i went to school with him
he is an excellent player
perfect signing

Relative success? City have won precisely f**kall in the last 3 seasons (excluding mickey mouse Munster cups). We haven't even qualified for Europe this season. That is simply NOT good enough for a club of Citys standing.
Murphy Out Now!!

Was he in the squad that won the under-16 UEFA Cup championship in 1998? Or may be it was the under-18 side. Ah well my question is has he represented Ireland at underage level?
