Perhaps the panic button shouldn't be pressed just yet, but certainly the upcoming games against tomorrow's opponents and Athlone are pivotal if the rest of the season is going to have any meaningful purpose. Last night's Canadian arrival offers more attacking options, however the real concern in recent weeks has been at the back, with eight goals conceded, and Tim going through an uncharacteristic wobbly patch. Tomorrow's hosts are certainly going through a purple patch, picking up eight points from their last five games, with a loss to UCD the only blip in that spell, and Strokestown Road is certainly never an easy venue for any side to visit. As such, if we can come away with a draw, it'll restore confidence in the squad, and hopefully tee things up for the Cup tie today week.
In our own mini table at the bottom a big game alright. Dont think the 4 at the bottom are good enough to string a few wins in a row to force our way into play off picture. We have been better, but UCD were a lot better than us last home game.
Gonna be a warm night for it, temps close to 30 degrees at kick off!

I'd make a few changes. Give the 2nd choice keeper a run out. Definitely start Healy. I'd drop Kennedy as well for Dan if he's back in the good books. Sam as well not going well, Alabi for him but that has been tried and not worked.
Agree - need to change it up, players playing poorly need to be dropped and earn their way back in.
Would start Healy alongside McGrath and Teahan, Finn Barret at wing back with KW going into back 3. Dan back up front alongside Palmer.
