Random one. I was going through the list of clubs in this season's AFC Champions League Two(y'know, as you do) and found the sole Irish representative in the tournament - Cong An Hanoi's Brandon Ly.
Originally from Longford, spent some time in the academy's at Sheffield United and Burnley before signing for the Vietnamese side in the summer. They open their tournament away to Beijing Guoan on Thursday.
His international allegiance is unclear, but he has stated that he would like to play for Vietnam, and best of luck to him if he does.
