Castleview Vs Village today.
I predict a late John Corcoran goal makes it 2-2 to finish the game

Few hand bags up here in castleview pitch is heavy im surprised they didn't call game off over all the rain that fell ohh wait they were afraid of gratten so blamed unplayable pitch HEHE

Imagine that they requested a free weekend weeks ago as that final would be fixed with a while. We’re coming into the time of year now where games will be cancelled week in and week out, due to pitches, teams pulling strokes and more it happens every year so I don’t see why fellas continue to complain about these things. Good to see also teams representing the league in both MJC and MJS last 32 hopefully some teams can pick up some results in both over the coming weeks.

Common sense is a rare thing on this site. I don’t know if that lads complaining about it are trolling or just slow.

Good prediction, missed the game over work but I could see O Donoghue rescued the game for his team….he is in flying form going by the app…Ref can you fill me in how the game went.….Why was mason sent off he doesn’t strike me as the sort who would get a straight red

It was a clash with the keeper high foot caught the keepers face, no malice no dirtiness just one of those where the keeper is caught high and it’s a red

Everytime coachford have gaa game and lads give out you get a few on here saying don’t see no problem with that cause they must of put in for free weekend what a load of bull how many free weekend or they allowed cause I’m sure anyone that or involved in a committee with their clubs will know your only allowed one free weekend.a season and that has been stated by Conlon and peppa time and time again so don’t come on here and give me that bull there being looked after time and time again why didn’t Donoghmore have free weekend wake up in all fairness

Caught the keeper with a high boot in the face, nasty collision, was clumsy but absolutely not dirty, Mason to his credit didn’t even complain and put his hand up immediately and apologised, more than I can say for most on that pitch yesterday, the amount of whingeing and bitching for both teams full of grown adult men was frankly embarrassing, Castleview good value for the point they dug deep, village soft, looked a better side when Kiniry went into the middle

And with Luke Casey back in that Irish squad, they will have more weekends there, well looked after by all.

Do you know if donoughmore asked for a free weekend? If not stop speculating. If they gave 2 weeks notice they would have got their free weekend. Whatever you say about the AUl they are generally sound with clubs looking for free weekends as long as they’re not taking the ****. Keep going with your story if it makes you feel better.

Some bitter men on this. The world is out to get ye and yer clubs. AUL committee, FAI and coachford all conspiring to get one over the norrie clubs.

Excuse me know rules or rules and they state one free weekend for each team before I retired last year the team I was involved with ask Aul for free weekend and we were told we already used or free weekend and we had to go out and play and got a good seeing to from another norrie team and I’ll finish on this if any soccer club in Cork asked gaa for free weekend to play soccer match just imagine what they be told haha

Ask anyone involved with a team request a weekend off with adequate notice and you will get it as long as you aren’t looking for weekends off left right and centre.

Coachford have 9 games played this season which is more than most teams so once again anyone complaining appears bitter or jealous.

If they had no gaa Sunday they would be at home Sunday to Grattan and that’s a fact but no doubt full squad sat up in O Neil’s park over Gaa game being played Sunday hopefully Grattan take something off um and open league up

And that’s exactly why you request a free weekend.

Your spot on again Harsh, I think.the aul were under pressure this weekend to give um a match because other clubs would be down there back so behold weput um to play gratten and Saturday, but sure we won't be fearing them we be hiding in the long grass because we won't be getting it cut so we can pounce on them, and we play hoof ball with each other over pitch HEHE
