Regent Barbers in Temple Bar, around the corner from the Quays pub.
There's another place across the river, on the quays, over the new pedestrian bridge.

Capel Barbers on Capel St.

i don't know Peadar, to me "barber" means a 5 min job with some electric clippers......

That's why I suggested the Regent Barbers and the Capel Barbers.
No fuss, job done.

Anyone remeber Classics's off Henry St, if you wanted a 'step' a few years ago that was the place to go i seem to remember, the guy in the middle was the best

p.s. i have never had a 'step'

I go to a place on the corner of Mary St and Capel St, its on the Mary St end, right next door to Ladbrokes and upstairs. I've been going there for years, and you get a good cut at a good price.

The downside is that the walls are covered with Liverpool memorabilla, and Steve Collins memorabilla.....two of my least favourite things in this life.

Yep, Sams Barber on Dorset Street is a spot on place.
Cheap and cheerful.

Knights of the Green in St. Stephens Green Center. There is a couple of ladies that work there who do a mean head massage. The haircut's not bad either.
