Good win for the U-21's. Thats 10 goals in two games and a welcome improvement on previous poor form. This team should be featuring the best u-21s in Galway City and County plus the surrounding regions.

Terry, I nominate you to watch the seniors. Do as you are told !

Phillip O'Reilly (3)
Marcin Symanski
Nicky Curran
Gary Fitzgerald

O'Reilly was playing up front. Perhaps he should be given a chance in this position for the Kilkenny game, when the only alternatives are O'Dowd and Goldbey ?

Galway United u21's beat the Mayo League in Terryland Park last night by seven goals to nil. United went three up before half time with goals from Eoin Roche, David Cooke and Gary Fitzgerald. In the second half United continued the scoring spree with goals from John Russell, a second on the night for Eoin Roche and then two from Gearoid O’Loighoin. United have one remaining game in this years u21 League and that is against Monaghan United at home.
