Red Bull have sealed the purchase of the Minardi Formula One team, acccording to boss Christian Horner.
The energy drinks company bought the Jaguar team from Ford last November but has more contracted drivers than it can place in its cars.
"They are serious people," Minardi owner Paul Stoddart told Reuters at the Belgian Grand Prix.
Stoddart added that he had received 41 approaches for Minardi since he took over the team in 2001.
Formula One's secretive commercial agreement - that runs to the end of 2007 - has measures to deter ownership of more than one team by an entity.
However, Stoddart suggested they were not a major concern.
"There are many legal entities in this world and it wouldn't be the first time that a person has controlled more than one team," he said.
