Rockmount are a fantastic club and a great cup team but I have to say that any time I’ve seen them the past few years they don’t play the most exciting football. Very much route 1. must not be the most enjoyable for ballers like Luke.

1st a January this season. Great player been in and out of the team out there so not hard to see why he wants to move on. Sometimes a move down the leagues and playing with your buddies helps ya fall back in love with the game!

Great game down in Shanbally today. Two teams well capable of playing at a higher level. Had to leave after the 90 mins were over but credit to both teams.

Tough game for us today in cup competitions it's just about getting the job done and in to the next round, we showed alot of guts and character today, on watergrasshill people were on here last season that they are gonna push coachford and gratten this season and look at them now they can't even field a team and season only on 2 months crazy carry on from the mighty county men.

They have 2 playing for Imokily not 11.
League is gone for them. Few years ago they were division 3 they are premier now, they have a small pick at the moment with gaa going well, have under age teams coming through. Staying up this year is an achievement. Hurling team are in semi final next week once that’s over they will be all out for a AOH. League is coachfords to lose. Whipping boys of division 3,3 years ago they are doing ok. ??

Liam was a legend around the AUL for years.
A true gentleman and friend to all that Knew him. It’s so sad to see someone like Liam pass away when he played up to 50 odd, 50 fecking odd.
A huge servant to cork football and a friend to all that crossed his path
RIP Liam

Sean Desmond has carried them for years. Senior league quality player but more interested in the gaa. He'd play with any team in Cork. He's not been there this season bar a sub appearance. They'll start winning when he comes back

UCC an utter disgrace.
No team up agaun so players are not legal or transferred.
They get a card or any incident and there's nobody to fine or bring in. They could take any player from anywhere illegally and play them.
Why are AUL not stopping this?
Why are referees starting the game?
Utter joke, kick them out.

If they played illegal players , they were ****e.
They lost 4 zip.
At home .
Abadabadofjorjord had a good win again against Springfield . Fair dues to Springfield for keeping it going from what I hear.
Grattan just won a game in which I can honestly say was played in the worst over head conditions iv ever experienced.
They should of won by a cricket score by the way.
The View picked up a good win.
Just a question.
What happens if Abadabadofjord and Whothehellrhill have to play a game against each other the same weekend there playing hurley stick or the hand pass game,,,,,,,,who's pitch becomes unplayable all of a sudden !
The premier is turning into a farce even before we get to November . Fact.

There's Springfield, struggling but keep going.
Then you have Watergrasshill favours and UCC just putting out anybody playing who play with other clubs. MSL and CBL wouldn't have it.

Certain referee refused to start game again recently cause both teams weren’t confirmed on the app is this a rule or is he making this call off his own back because I was aware every team had to be on app but again Aul making rules up as they go how long or teams going to let this happen

If teams aren’t confirmed the referee can postpone / delay the game until both are confirmed. It’s the same as if a team doesn’t give the referee the paper match card of old. It’s a rule.

If there's no reception to confirm line up, I'm sure a team sheet will suffice. Or show the ref the team or a snap of the connect line up a team has ready, common sense really.
I still see some teams havnt mastered it , it's fairly fool proof, do ur homework the night before, if u need to change a player late, the ref can be informed

Coachford running riot here again no Casey no problem can’t seeing anyone put it up to them
They were In a league of their own while he was with Rockmount for a few years, they’re the best team without him, they’re in a different galaxy with him thrown into the fold in all honesty

Who won the league last season.
Coachfords poor start under different management last season cost them in the league big time, when both at full strength coachford have repeatedly battered them in finals, including the last game both sides played against one another
Jason Bourne
22/10/2024, 3:53 PM
Won't dissagree about the finals thing.
Grattan seem to be on the Jolly bois outing the night before a final is played ffs.
Coachford best hope there's not a Gaa game the next time they meet.
The Aul has only enough space for one special team and the Hill seem to have taken Coachfords mantel.
Jason Bourne
22/10/2024, 6:27 PM
The last final yes.without doubt. Your bang on.
Coachford seem to be a better cup side.
Grattan are a far superior League side.
There last meeting, quarer final of the Munster Champions Cup,
Grattan battered Coachford.
Just to be correct .
TurnTheFullback
22/10/2024, 6:36 PM
Grattan are a better league side ? Ah Jason don’t be foolish , Coachford have the last 2/3 leagues and 3 Aohs in a row and a Mossie to add to it, Grattan have done well to stop Coachford winning the lot but don’t be confused , there’s one dominant team.
Wouldn’t be counting a pre season cup, Cups that are finished in September aren’t the cups you want , the big ones in June/July are the ones that matter.
