See for Dundalk games against Mons & Drogs we had 7 subs named. So will this be coming into the eircom league soon?

I'm pretty sure we only had five on our bench against Orchard.

Think we had 7 as well - didn't know we had that many players!

Ya its 7 subs for the cup.we had 7 named on the bench for the game against pats anyway.

I actually noticed that myself, we defo had 7 on the bench.

It should be 7 in the league as well. Can't see a reason why not.

Yeah I agree, Hope they were just testing it out in the cup and bring it in next season.

Agreed, it could benefit youngsters if there's more places on the bench up for grabs.

I think it's the same in all cup competitions that 7 subs can be put on the bench. Champs League is the same is'nt it ?

Yeah but I assume that it's like that because most of the Euroepan leagues use 7 subs
