Belgian top flight side KAA Gent have completed the signing of striker Dominic Foley, who parted company with Bohemians in acrimonious circumstances earlier this month.
Foley resigned from the club, citing the non-payment of a signing-on fee by Bohs owed to him since late last year.
His contract was eventually terminated after an independent tribunal this week, with neither party accepting liability.
The 29-year-old former Irish international travelled to Belgium on Thursday for talks and subsequently agreed a two-year deal at the club.
Cork native Foley, who had also been a target of Drogheda United and several clubs in England, caught the eye of Gent manager George Leekens during the Intertoto Cup victory over Bohs earlier in the summer.
