That’s going to be an interesting pitch for Waterford/Cobh on Saturday!!

Cork could have scored there but the ball got stuck in the mud when the Cork striker was about to shoot

There's absolutely no way that pitch is suitable for the playoff final, or the upcoming Ireland 21s games. Shocking condition.

3 of the 4 underage cup finals won by Rovers this weekend 15,17 and 19s. 14s beaten in their final. Should also wrap up 3 of the 4 leagues. The future is bright

It will all end in tears when DD walks and any talent goes to Glasgow.....

If it's Cork v Cobh then it's markets field and if it's Cork v Waterford then it's Richmond. Also the Cobh v Waterford at Turners cross is subject to weather inspection after the storm.

Unfortunately it’s very hard to hold on to younglads when they show a bit of promise. They are always eager to go abroad. We lost Burns after one good season and it’s similar with Curtis as the cup final will be his last game. It’s great to see them progress but.

Where's Curtis expected to go, out of curiosity? Did I read that he's thinking of going somewhere where he'll have a more immediate chance in the first team? Could be a smart move if it's the right club.

Aye its hard to hold on to them but at least if you produce them and get a fee or decent sell on it can help

No word tbh. Imo he would be well suited to a continental football. A mid place Dutch or Belgian side would be ideal and start from there. If he goes to the UK it will be interesting how he gets on. I’m not sure going to a premiership club and playing u-21 or getting loaned out to a L1 or L2 club would be the best path to take.
